Sink Hole Repaired In A Week

The NSW Government is building the light rail on George Street, Sydney. Nearly a year since construction began and we are no closer to laying down tracks for that light rail. A city in Japan has repaired a sink hole in two days, tested it for a further three days and announced its completion after ONE WEEK. The mayor of the city was very sorry that it was inconvenient to commuters and that it took longer than expected!

Not only did they fill a hole 30m by 27m wide and 15m deep, they fixed all the infrastructure below the surface, filled the hole, resealed the road, fixed the kerb and gutter, repaved the foot path, repainted the lines and reinstalled the traffic signals!
