I'm working on a major subdivision plan with over 400 lots in the Hawkesbury area. Without going into the specifics I'm drawing the parcel boundaries as per the surveyor's proposed subdivision plan (or linen plan). It's kind of a big deal because I'm getting a lot of practice registering linen plans and creating the land and property information in our corporate systems. When this subdivision gets registered it'll form the basis of all records that are associated with this plan.
